  • Overview

    This position will provide administrative support within Human Resources department.  


    • Provide administrative support within the Human Resources department such as preparation of documents, agency reports and letters as well as presentations with a high level of accuracy
    • Coordinate training sessions which includes contacting outside facilitators and consultants, assisting with the preparation and printing of the materials used in presentations, lunch coordination, audio visual coordination and attending sessions as needed
    • Be available to assist with the on-boarding process by providing tours as well as preparing for new hire arrivals
    • Maintain documentation for the recruitment, selection and hiring process as well as employee files
    • Manage job postings on various websites
    • Make travel arrangements 
    • Maintain employee and training files
    • Coordinate company and community sponsored events as needed



    • Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree
    • 3 years' experience in a similar role; internship experience will be considered
    • Proactive approach to managing work tasks with changing priorities
    • High level of accuracy in work products
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills 
    • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships 
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
    • Self-starter with the ability to work interdependently
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite; some familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) helpful
    • Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm with occasional overtime
    • Must be reliable and dependable
