  • Overview

    This position will provide administrative support to the Vice President and engineering project teams.    


    • Create, modify, and produce documents such as letters, proposals, reports, and memorandums using MS Office Suite
    • Assist with accounting (billing and invoicing) 
    • Process and distribute confidential and sensitive documents
    • File, retrieve and scan corporate documents, records and reports
    • Coordinate calendars, schedules, meetings, trainings, and travel arrangements
    • May prepare agendas and make arrangements such as coordinating catering for luncheons and other meetings as requested
    • Prepare instructions for courier pick up/delivery
    • Photocopy and fax information as needed or requested


    • 5 year's experience in a similar administrative support role, preferably in the AEC industry 
    • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
    • Effective interpersonal skills with all level of employees within an organization
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically MS Word and Excel; experience with Deltek Vision a plus
    • Ability to respond to changing work assignments as priorities change
    • High level of accuracy in work product; extremely detail oriented
    • Ability to work independently and as a self-starter with a high level of initiative
    • Must be able to work 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday; occasional overtime as requested or needed
    • Must be dependable and reliable
    • High School education or equivalent
