Overview

The ADA Service Lead will report to the Vice President of Transportation, and will be responsible for navigating clients and sub-recipients through the ADA process. This role will focus on building relationships and effectively communicating how our ADA service will benefit their organization and community, long term.  This is a leadership role and will include building and developing a team of ADA focused professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of ADA-focused professionals.
  • Create client engagement strategies and pursuit plans.
  • Facilitate onsite meetings with key stakeholders, governing officials, and clients.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, public agency officials, and community leaders.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan.
  • Effectively identify and communicate requirements to mitigate risk.
  • Conducts all dealings with clients, external and internal, with professionalism, integrity, and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or related function
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic plans and professional relationships
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience developing and facilitating presentations
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Strong sales traits, including tenacity, persuasiveness and overall people skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout the state of Texas (50%), including occasional overnight stays
  • Must possess a valid driver license
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of the AEC industry
  • Experience in risk mitigation, risk management, and/or compliance
