Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited college or university
- 5 years' experience in a similar role within Water Resources
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to sit for P.E. in Texas within six (6) months
Proficient with HEC-RAS steady, unsteady state modeling and HEC-HMS
Proficient with ARC-MAP and Civil 3D
Microstation and Geopak experience a plus
SWMM modeling experience a plus
Experience with the FEMA, CLOMR/LOMR submittal
Experience with developing master drainage plans for land development projects
Experience with DOT drainage studies
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with all level of employees within an organization
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, both public and private, as well as representatives of local, state and federal regulatory agencies
Demonstrated ability to work in a team as well as independently
Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with occasional overtime as needed
Must be dependable and reliable
