- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in transportation planning.
- Proven experience in turnkey creation of regional and local corridor assessments, transportation, and land use analysis, including policy recommendations and investment priorities.
- Expertise in data analysis using tools such as ESRI, Tableau, and PowerBI to propose transportation planning studies compliant with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with transportation planning funds and grant acquisition for the development of long-range plans.
- Proficient use and knowledge of design guidelines and standards, including AASHTO, PROWAG, ADA, TxDOT, and MUTCD, to ensure successful project implementation.
- Strong project management skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting ideas to diverse audiences.
- Must possess a valid driver license.
- Occasional travel throughout the state of Texas to attend client meetings is required.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with overtime as needed.
