Overview

This role involves providing technical support for endpoint devices in a large enterprise environment, Mobile Device Management solutions, administering endpoint profiles, implementing Endpoint Security tools, supporting Active Directory infrastructure, scripting automation tasks, collaborating on projects, and staying updated on industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint devices in a large enterprise environment.
  • Manage and administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to ensure mobile device security and compliance.
  • Administer endpoint profiles and personas.
  • Implement and maintain Endpoint Security tools for threat protection.
  • Support Active Directory infrastructure, including user accounts, groups, and group policies.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating endpoint management tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on endpoint-related projects.
  • Participate in endpoint system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for endpoint configurations and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in endpoint administration and IT security.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in endpoint administration or support within a large enterprise.
  • Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Microsoft Intune.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint management solutions like Microsoft Configuration Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, including user and group management, GPOs, and LDAP.
  • Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration.
  • Experience deploying and managing Office 365 applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or CompTIA Security+ .
