- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources or Administrative Assistant role; internship experience will be considered
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
- Familiarity with an HRMS/HRIS system is preferred but not required
- Proactive approach to managing multiple work tasks in an efficient and organized manner
- Displays initiative and assumes responsibility with limited supervision
- Ability to manage competing or changing priorities with poise and professionalism
- High level of accuracy in work products and output
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Goal-oriented, team player with the ability to work both independently and interdependently
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5 pm with occasional overtime is required
