The Design Leader manages all aspects of the design process, from research, to conceptual and final design, and through construction. This position provides on-the-job training to enhance the core competence of team members. This position leads project teams towards successful adoption of new design ideas and possesses a strong mastery of design fundamentals.  This position is expected to be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver on expectations within tight deadlines.
