This position will lead a team through resolving complex issues, managing capital planning, overseeing design and engineering, and managing construction phase efforts. The Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects by ensuring they all move together toward meeting the overall program objectives and goals. This role requires the ability to coordinate multiple engineers, consultants, contractors and other parties in fast-paced environment and be able to act as an extension of client’s staff, providing input and collaborating on decisions.
