The ADA Service Lead will report to the Vice President of Transportation, and will be responsible for navigating clients and sub-recipients through the ADA process. This role will focus on building relationships and effectively communicating how our ADA service will benefit their organization and community, long term. This is a leadership role and will include building and developing a team of ADA focused professionals.
This position will provide administrative support to multiple engineering project teams.
This position is responsible for the oversight of field research, data collection, inventory, analysis, final report production, and curation in accordance with various agency requirements and guidelines, as well as general standards of scientific quality. Other aspects of this role will include managing budgets, preparing proposals, interacting with clients and regulatory agencies, conducting internal and external business development, as well as managing other technical professionals as delegated by the Cultural Resources Program Manager.
This position is responsible for leading teams of engineers and technical professionals in Schematic design and PS&E for highway projects for the Transportation division.

The Associate Vice President, Traffic Operations is responsible for leading teams of engineers and technical professionals for the Traffic Operations division. This role will oversee various facets of the Traffic Operations team including TIA’s, signalization plans, intersection improvement plans, turn lane improvements, and traffic studies.
The Associate Vice-President for Water/Wastewater manages all aspects of the project delivery process, from research to conceptual and final design, and through construction. This position assists in providing on-the-job training to enhance the core competence of team members. This position is expected to be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver on expectations within tight deadlines. This position serves as an interface between the administrative and finance functions within the Pape-Dawson organization and the technical personnel. This position is expected to understand and communicate local market conditions, personnel needs and professional trends. In addition to leading a team of engineers and technical professionals, this position will also be actively involved in professional associations and community organizations as Pape-Dawson continues building partnerships within the community we serve.
